For a touch of glamour, try a Bellini. It is a cocktail which originated in Venice
at the famous Harry's Bar. The inventor
thought the colour of the cocktail was the same as a toga in a work by Bellini –
and so the name was born.
The ingredients are simple – 70% sparkling wine
(Prosecco) and 30% peach puree or nectar plus a touch of cherry juice to get
the pink colour.
Sounds easy enough to make and certainly a good one
