The Man Who Died Twice by Richard Osman

This is the second in a series – I enjoyed the first – The Thursday Murder Club – so I gave this a go.  At first I didn't enjoy it as much but when I got into it, it was good reading.

It is thoroughly British – one of its strengths.  And the diary that one of the characters, Joyce, keeps became a real highlight for me.

Quirky elderly murder solvers  - what's not to love?
