Foodie Friday – a Kitchen Hack – Foiling Hard to Clean Pots & Pans

 

Thanks to a neat little Cook's Illustrated Book, Kitchen Hacks, I can share with you a hack for dealing to hard to clean pots and pans.

In the absence of steel wool, try dishwashing liquid with a crumpled up piece of aluminium foil – you can even reuse pieces (so long as they are clean).
