Food on Friday: September 2020

It's the second Friday of the month so here is Food on Friday.

As you can see, there are 2 new themes – Asparagus and Breakfast.  I hope you'll find some great stuff in your archives to share.

Feel free to add a number of things under each category and come back later in the month to add more if you would like to.

To add your dishes, just put the name of the dish together with your blog name/name into the first Mr Linky box you will find below.  Then paste the url for your post about it into the second box. Mr Linky now makes you tick a compliance box which I always forget first time!

I'll be pinning your creations to the relevant Pinboards –  Asparagus and Breakfast

Have fun!

  1. Hope you are doing well Carole. We are having crazy weather here in Colorado. Lots of major forest fires and hot weather. Skies are full of smoke, then yesterday.....It snowed! No wonder I can't seem to get much pulled together these days. LOL Your parties keep some sanity in my life, thank you!! Cheers

  2. Hi, Carole and all!
The weather has been confusing this month in Manitoba. We had to throw blankets over our tomato plants because we had a few frosty nights. This usually doesn’t happen until October.
Ma’s scrapple is an easy recipe that uses every last bit of holiday roasts.
The Fettuccine Primavera post (it uses asparagus) also has wine tips.
    Stay safe and well!

  3. Greetings from California, which is currently on fire, literally. These are scary times. I've added a Coffee Banana Breakfast Smoothie, because we all need something very, very easy and delicious at a time like this. --Dorothy at Shockingly Delicious

  4. Carole, I've linked a Quebecois (French Canadian) specialty that is typically eaten for breakfast at holidays. My husband grew up having it for breakfast at Christmas with his French Canadian family. It's really quite delicious.
