I got this unusually titled book from the
library. It was quite different but even
better!
The Peach Queen is an actress who gets enmeshed in a scandal and runs back to her small home town. She cancels all her social media, phone data etc and tries to start again.
This one sparked joy for me (note the Marie Kondo reference)
Highly recommended. Written by a very accomplished Western Australian.
I'd like to read more Australian authors since I am here in Melbourne. This gives me a good head start.
