Books You Loved: July Edition!

Books You Loved: June Edition again provided reviews of great books. Thank you to all. Here are a few links that caught my eye:

Elizabeth from Silver's Reviews posted about Until We Meet by Camille di Maio.  She said 'Three lovely characters to fill your heart with joy as well as sadness in this marvelous new book by storyteller, Camille Di Maio…You will laugh and cry along with the characters, but mostly enjoy meeting them and sharing their lives…Bring along some tissues, but it is mostly a lovely book that will make your heart swell. 4/5'

Tina from Turn the Page reviewed Nine Lives  by Peter Swanson.  She said 'Each person receives a letter without a return address and a simple list of nine names, their name included.  The individuals seem to have nothing in common.  ..One of the characters is Jessica Winslow.  She is a FBI agent and her name is also on this list. …  There isn't a connection yet one by one the people on this list are killed.  Some have police protection yet the killer finds a way.  The final few chapters reveal the slim thread of connections and I certainly had not figured it all out. '

Jessica of The Bookworm Chronicles posted about an oldie – Anne of Avonlea by LM Montgomery.  Jessica said 'Simply put, I thought Anne of Avonlea was an utterly charming coming-of-age tale, that manages to touch the heart and the funny bone!'

Finally 2 books were brought over by Melissa of Chick Lit Central via her Goodreads reviews.  First, The Lies We Tell by Julie Clark.  Her review said 'While The Last Flight was excellent, I enjoyed The Lies I Tell even more! ..The story was so twisty the entire way through.  .. This novel reads more as domestic suspense than a thriller. …you won't be able to put it down once you get started!'

Playing with Myself by Randy Rainbow.  She said 'what a delight it was from start to finish! Playing with Myself ranks up there…, as one of my favorite celebrity memoirs.  …Most of the time, Randy had me laughing out loud over one thing or another. His personality just shines off the pages.'

Now on to the Books You Loved: July Edition. There are no rules for this party.  The only requirement is that your post is about a book that you loved.

To add to the list just pop the name of the book (and your name/blog name if you like) into the first Mr Linky box and then copy and paste the url of your post about it into the second box. Mr Linky also makes you tick a box.

I'll be pinning your links to this Pinboard to make it easier for you to check them out at a glance.

Hope you have a lovely July and find lots of good books.
