Mauricio Benega was born in Brazil in 1977 but moved to New Zealand in 2004. He is based in the Hawke's Bay.
I noticed this artist as a result of him being on a calendar for February 2021. I know some people look down on artists who allow their works to be shown in calendars – but I am not one of them.
