The Tea Ladies of St Jude's Hospital by Joanna Nell

The Tea Ladies of St Jude's Hospital was a very satisfying read.  The author is Australian but the book doesn't feel particularly Australian.  It is a universal story about 3 unlikely volunteers at a hospital cafeteria.

Through facing the difficulties in each of their lives and getting to know each other they achieve miracles.  It is a tender funny and uplifting story.  If you need a book hug, give this a go.

Thanks a bundle to book'd out for the review. It was indeed 'a charming and cheerful read'.
