This enormous sculpture was on display in Madison Square Garden for a year a few years ago. I think it is stunning. It is 40 feet high. The artist is American.
I think it is now in North Adams in Massachusetts – a place I've never heard of.
It is made of wood and wrapped in a chain link fence with the shackle painted golden. It makes me think of a cat – mysterious, inscrutable but beautiful.
