Location – In the East Midlands.  Borders with 7 other counties. It is the second largest English ceremonial county.

County titbit - A Lincolnshire tradition was that front doors were used for only three things: a new baby, a bride, and a coffin

.

 Flower – Common dog-violet

 

 

Signature foods – Stuffed chine, Pork pies, Batemans Ales, Lincolnshire sausages, Yellowbelly cheese
