Books You Loved: December Edition

Books You Loved: November  provided reviews of great books. Thank you to all. Here are a few that caught my eye:

Book Reviews by Linda Moore brought over A Borrowed Life by Kerry Anne King.  She said 'This is such a good book. You will treasure each part of this story. From the very beginning to the last page. Throw in a few tears of joy and it's really a perfect book.'  I read this one based on the reivew and posted about it here.

Dorothy of The Nature of Things posted about The Searcher by Tana French.  She said 'Critics and readers in general often assign Tana French to the niche of crime fiction writers, but that really undervalues her art. Her novels could be more accurately described as thoughtful literary fiction in which a crime takes place. That has never been more true than in her latest novel, The Searcher.'

Thanks to Elizabeth of Silver's Reviews for her post about Confessions on the 7:45 by Lisa Unger.  Elizabeth said 'CONFESSIONS ON THE 7:45 is truly addictive.  It is one surprise after another.  You won’t want to put it down because of the writing and the cunning, who-do-you-believe characters and the who-could-think-of these things that are happening.'

Now on to the December edition.  There are no rules for this party.  The only requirement is that your post is about a book that you loved.

To add to the list just pop the name of the book (and your name/blog name if you like) into the first Mr Linky box and then copy and paste the url of your post about it into the second box. Mr Linky now also makes you tick a box.

I'll be pinning your links to this Pinboard to make it easier for you to check them out at a glance.

Let's all have some fun in this last month of 2020!

  9. Ooops, almost didn't make it. I wanted to include my favourite book of the year but since I only just finished it, I had to post a review first.

    Happy New Year everyone!
