Palmer does not refer to the golfer as such, but to a drink he used to
order – a non-alcoholic mixture of iced tea and lemonade.
Traditionally there would be 3 parts tea to 1 part of
lemonade. I never used to drink cold tea
but now start the morning with a little kombucha diluted with soda water. Lemonade would not be my choice because I
don't have a big sweet tooth.
