At this festive time of year, who can argue with a Classic Champagne Cocktail – whether
it's made with Champagne or some other bubbly.
Ingredients:
Bubbles
Brandy
Angostura bitters
Sugar cube
Cherry – garnish
Method:
Put the sugar cube at the bottom of the glass
Sprinkle it with a few dashes of bitters
Add a small splash of brandy
Pour in the champagne – slowly it will fizz up
Garnish with a maraschino cherry
Enjoy!
