This post may be controversial for some people. I happen to like Hawaiian pizzas but I know
many people think that they are an abomination.
The Hawaiian pizza does not come from Hawaii! It is said to have been invented in
Canada. Who knows?
The traditional Hawaiian pizza always has ham and
pineapple in the toppings along with the normal cheese and tomato sauce.
