Food on Friday: Zucchini (Courgette)

We've done Zucchini for Food on Friday before.  But it was back in January 2013, so I decided it was about time to give zucchini another whirl.  There were over 90 dishes in that first zucchini party – you can see them on this Pinboard which I will be also adding the new dishes to.

To add your zucchini dish, just put the name of the dish (together with your blog name/name if you like) into the first Mr Linky box you will find below.  Then paste the url for your post about it into the second box.

I'll be pinning the links to this Pinboard – this is a quick way for you to scan the dishes and choose which ones you want to check out in more detail.

  4. I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with zucchini and really don't prepare it often enough. When I do, I'm often pleasantly surprised.

    My ma’s recipe for Stuffed Zucchini ( # 14 ) is very easy and is a great way to prepare those huge zucchini that were forgotten in the back of the garden.
    In Maltese the recipe is Qarabali Mimli.

  10. Love, love, love zuccchini and am never without it. I have even won over Mr Tiffin over the years. My fritters are no fry but are baked so this will suit many who (like me), try to avoid the fryer. Cheers!

  14. Hi Carole. I've been wanting to join but I'm a bit confused by the number after the theme for the week. For zucchini there is a 2 and for eggs there is a three etc. Could you clear this up for me, I'd like to join next Friday.

    1. I assume you're looking at my top page which has links to the various Food on FRiday collections. The first time I do a theme it has no number after it. If it has a (2) then that is the second time etc. So if you want to find the latest Food on Friday for a particular theme just click on the largest number. Cheers
      PS you can add to older collections if you like - but so I know to pin it to the right Pinboard please leave a short comment.
