ON
We've done Zucchini
for Food on Friday before. But it was back in January 2013, so I decided
it was about time to give zucchini another whirl. There were over 90 dishes in that first zucchini
party – you can see them on this Pinboard
which I will be also adding the new dishes to.
To add your zucchini dish, just put the name of the dish (together
with your blog name/name if you like) into the first Mr Linky box you will find
below. Then paste the url for your post
about it into the second box.
I'll be pinning the links to this Pinboard –
this is a quick way for you to scan the dishes and choose which ones you want
to check out in more detail.
Have fun
I love zucchini! It won't to too many more months until they are everywhere again!! Yay! Somehow I only have one post featuring zucchini though and it is a shocker!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to checking out the submissions as zucchini is certainly one of my favourites.
ReplyDeleteCarol, I sent you two recipes. Every time I make it my guests gush. :)
ReplyDeleteHope you are having a good week.
I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with zucchini and really don't prepare it often enough. When I do, I'm often pleasantly surprised.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
Hi, Carole and all!
ReplyDeleteMy ma’s recipe for Stuffed Zucchini ( # 14 ) is very easy and is a great way to prepare those huge zucchini that were forgotten in the back of the garden.
In Maltese the recipe is Qarabali Mimli.
Hi Carole,
ReplyDeleteHope all is well with you~
So many delicious things can be made with
Zucchini.
Lynn
Carole,
ReplyDeleteYou can never have too much zucchini!
Almost time to start planting gardens here. Will most surely have some zucchini again this year. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteZucchini Carpaccio from Gourmet is a perfect side dish for a hot summer night. It's a no-cook recipe that's quick and easy.
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love zuccchini and am never without it. I have even won over Mr Tiffin over the years. My fritters are no fry but are baked so this will suit many who (like me), try to avoid the fryer. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteSo excited for zucchini season! Thanks for a great theme!
ReplyDeleteYum! I'm so looking forward to harvesting summer squash from my garden this year. Have a fantastic Friday, Carole!
ReplyDeleteJust added a Zucchini bread post. Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteI assume you're looking at my top page which has links to the various Food on FRiday collections. The first time I do a theme it has no number after it. If it has a (2) then that is the second time etc. So if you want to find the latest Food on Friday for a particular theme just click on the largest number. Cheers
ReplyDeletePS you can add to older collections if you like - but so I know to pin it to the right Pinboard please leave a short comment.
Love all the zucchini ideas. I'll be pulling out this list during zucchini season. Thanks for the invite. I added my zucchini soup.
