Food on Friday: Ice cream & sorbets

ON

This week the theme is both sweet and cool – Ice cream & sorbets!  Any dish featuring ice cream or a sorbet is most welcome –whether totally home-made or not!

To add your dishes, just put the name of the dish together with your blog name/name into the first Mr Linky box you will find below.  Then paste the url for your post about it into the second box.

I'll be pinning the dishes to this Pinboard which already has the hundred or so links from the collection in March 2013.

I disclaim all responsibility for resulting ice cream cravings!

  2. Hi, Carole and all,

The recipe for my Ma’s sorbet ( # 8 ) is an easy way to make a dessert from raspberries, blueberries or strawberries.

The post also has a link for Ma’s lemonade recipe, which can also be turned into a frozen dessert.

  21. THIS IS A DELICIOUS PUDDING, MADE WITH, FULL FAT CREAM CHEESE, DOUBLE CREAM, GRATED LEMON, AND CASTOR SUGAR. THIS MAKE A REFRESHING CHANGE FROM ICE CREAM, AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE CALORIES, BEING AN ACTIVE YOUNGSTER, WHEN MUM MADE THIS RECIPE.
