I'm not sure whether this is just a New Zealand thing
or not.One of my childhood treats was Fairy Bread – which was just white
buttered bread sprinkled with hundreds and thousands – which are also known as
sprinkles.
Delightful for a child but
certainly not healthful!
No, I think it's every child's from every country in the world love 'sprinkles' on breads and sweets. My grandgirls are visiting me and I know I have to make something to sprinkled it, lol! Loved your visit, thanks tons! FABBY
An old neighbor that was from Holland, she loved her sprinkles! To me sprinkles have always been for cookies or cakes. I think I have been missing out :)

Carole, I've never heard of this! Do you put anything on the bread to make the sprinkles stick? Doing this for my grandkids for sure!
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard of it--though I can easily see how my 3 year old might get addicted if I allow her to!
