The Silkworm by Robert Galbraith

What do I think about The Silkworm? Written by JK Rowling - obviously a great writer and worth reading for that reason alone

But there were some things I didn't like quite so much in this book:

Overly arcane chapter headings – a bit pretentious

There was too much grisly stuff for me - unnecessary sexual content - tending towards Casual Vacancy grittiness

I still like the detective/sidekick characters a lot.

I'm looking forward to the next one in the series and hope she reverts to Cuckoo's Calling style
