I LOVED North Pole High - what a fun Christmas read!
ReplyDeleteThanks for calling by on my blog, I've added a link to one of my reviews :)
ReplyDeleteI liked Birthright. It was a fantasy romantic suspense. Story moves very fast and is a thrill to read!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the links!
I really loved Mary Cholmondeley's Red Pottage, a great Victorian story of suspense and crossed love. And a wicked brother :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for this list. I'm always looking for a good book!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for showcasing Emma Hamilton by Norah Lofts on my blog, Carole. I haven't found a December's Book of the Month yet, but when I do you will be the first to know! :) See you next month, Carole. :)

Thanks for the list! Great to see what others have loved to read this year.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite book is Jude The Obscure: Thomas Hardy. Fantastic book.
ReplyDeleteAlways a great feature Carole, and I always get a list of books from it! Mine, Brat Farrar, is an old favourite, a brilliant mixture of impostors, twins and doubls, horses and suspense. I've read it several times over the years, and I'm sure will do so again...
ReplyDeleteHi there, I have added a recent favourite and now off to hop around a few other favourites that have linked up.
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat idea...gives me ideas for my new years book list!
ReplyDeleteAnother great list Carole! Thank you!

I've listed two "books I loved" this month: "Arcadia" by Lauren Groff and "The Hobbit" by J.R.R. Tolkien. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteThanks very much for the mention :) Have added a new one for this month - The Still Point by Amy Sackville. I found this book a little bit disappointing.
ReplyDeleteThanks again for the invite. Lots to look through already this month!
ReplyDeleteI find I have less and less time to write reviews of the books I read. I'm hoping this monthly page will inspire me to start reviewing my backlog!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the invite - have linked! Lots to look forward to reading here :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the invite to link! :) I always like to see what everyone else out in the great world is reading.
ReplyDeleteThanks for inviting me to share a book from my blog. I chose a newish one I liked last month that is funny and still very interesting.
ReplyDeleteI added a link to the book review for Wise Women Don't Worry Wise Women Don't Sing the Blues by Jane Claypool. I have several other books I loved to. May we link more than one book?
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment and invitation to participate!
ReplyDeleteLinked my book for this month. Don't worry, I will try not to go as crazy like I did last month.
ReplyDeleteOh woops I didn't know exactly how the posting thing worked. Mine links to a review of "It Starts With Food". Thanks Carole for stopping by my blog! Like your site here!
