I really hate voicemail – particularly on my mobile phone. The only exception to this is where the person calling doesn’t know me and therefore can assume that my phone won’t recognise their number.
For everyone else – I can see who rang and can ring you back without being charged by the phone company for accessing voicemail. If you need to leave a message there and then, text is a better option.
