Michel Sittow was from what is now Estonia. This portrait is said to be of Henry VIII's sister Mary Rose.
She was his younger sister – she was briefly Queen of France but sadly died at 37. One of her grandchildren was Lady Jane Grey.
There is also a school of thought that says the portrait is of Katherine of Aragon.
Whoever it is – she is just so serene and contemplative.
