Not everyone agrees that this is a great song – but each to their own opinion.
Neil Diamond is 80 now. He is on his third marriage – clearly an optimist. Unfortunately he had to retire as a result of Parkinson's Disease.
I love Neil Diamond!! I saw him a couple of years ago in concert in Dallas. It was so much fun! And guess which song he did NOT sing at that concert? September Morn! But since it was April when I saw him, I thought it was only right. I bought the new album he put out the year we saw him. Not my favorite but still pretty good. His lyrics are thought provoking.....
ReplyDeleteEvery single song by Neil Diamond is a great song in my eyes. He has been my favourite singer-songwriter since he started and he has remained at the top. I saw him several times in concert when he made it to Europe and couldn't have been more sad when he ended his career.
