Books You Loved: March Edition

Books You Loved: February Edition provided reviews of great books. Thank you to all. Here are a few that caught my eye:

Melissa at Chick Lit Central said that Matchmaking For Beginners was a winner!  And indeed it was! This is a link to her Amazon review.

Barbara from Stray Thoughts posted about Don't Overthink Ither post said 'I appreciated that Anne’s tips were both practical and flexible. I think this book is a good resource for anyone prone to overthink.'

Judy from Keep the Wisdom brought us To Mervas.  She said 'The writing is crystal clear, both in the telling of Marta's inner turmoil and in describing the journey she does finally make to Mervas …It is a story of hope. Even a woman like Marta, who has suffered from terrible trauma and losses, can pull from her suppressed memory the moments when she had strength and so venture again into life. …I loved this novel from its gorgeous cover to its final page.'

Now on to March! There are no rules for this party.  The only requirement is that your post is about a book that you loved.

To add to the list just pop the name of the book (and your name/blog name if you like) into the first Mr Linky box and then copy and paste the url of your post about it into the second box. Mr Linky now also makes you tick a box.

I'll be pinning your links to this Pinboard to make it easier for you to check them out at a glance.

  7. I'm so excited to have another 5 star read worthy of your Books You Loved series, and this time it's Everything Is Beautiful by Eleanor Ray. It's a story about a hoarder and I absolutely loved it!

  8. I can't believe I've had a third 5 star reading experience this month, this is unheard of for me! I've just linked ot my review of Mrs Death Misses Death by Salena Godden. It's a wake up call for readers and a reminder of the misery and wonder of humankind while offering a life-affirming and hopeful message.

  9. None of my books last month were especially exciting so I chose a novel by a great Spanish author who is far too unkown. Hope some others might enjoy "The Cathedral of the Sea" by Ildefonso Falcones.

    Happy Reading everyone.

  10. I think March 2021 must be my best reading month in years! I've had another 5 star reading experience, and loved the crime thriller The Nothing Man by Catherine Ryan Howard.
