Books
You Loved: June continued to provide reviews of great books.
Thank you to all. Here are a few that caught my eye:
Melissa brought us a Katherine Center book – What
You Wish For – her GoodReads review said 'This was a sweet and romantic story
overall and it also addresses an important current issue going on in today's
society. I had a hard time putting it down and still think about it often.'
Elizabeth of Silver's Reviews reviewed The
Heirloom Garden by Viola Shipman.
She said 'Viola Shipman has given us another heartwarming book filled
with positive thoughts and virtual hugs…The writing is beautiful just like the
uplifting story line.'
Tina of Novel Meals contributed The
Dutch House by Ann Patchett. Her
post said 'Danny
and Maeve were forced out of their home, the Dutch House, by Cyril’s second
wife after he died. The bond between these two is touching, fiercely
loyal and you will forget you are reading a story rather than listening in on
real conversations.'
Now on to the July
edition. There are no rules for this
party. The only requirement is that your
post is about a book that you loved.
To add to the list just pop the name of the book (and
your name/blog name if you like) into the first Mr Linky box and then copy and
paste the url of your post about it into the second box. Mr Linky now also
makes you tick a box.
I'll be pinning your links to this Pinboard to make it easier for you to check
them out at a glance.
Let's all have some fun!

ReplyDeleteFinally I have a 5 star book to share with everyone! I loved domestic thriller Never Have I Ever by Joshilyn Jackson. It was released last year but I'm just getting to it now. Anyone else read it?
ReplyDeleteIt was so easy this month to decide with book to choose. Never been easier. Where the Crawdads Sing. I'm sure many of your contributors have read it already but if they haven't, this is one to put on your wishlist.
