Counties of the UK: Gloucestershire




This is the next instalment of my monthly feature going through the Counties of the UK in alphabetical order to check out things of interest.  I hope you enjoy it

Wikipedia has one of the notable things about the county being that it has an annual cheese-rolling contest. in case you were wondering the cheese used is Double Gloucester – duh! It's been going on since at least 1826


Location – A South-Western county which has a border with Wales
