The Dream Daughter by Diane Chamberlain

This is the second book by Diane Chamberlain that I have read.  I posted about the first one, The Stolen Marriage here.

This book is quite different but also a very good read.  I don't generally read about time travel but this book handles it really well.

The main protagonist is Carly Sears.  We follow her from 1970 North Carolina to 2001 New York and back.  She then goes to get her daughter back but lands in 2013 (as a result of a time anomaly caused by 9/11).   She sets out to find what happened to her daughter.  And the rest you'll have to find out for yourself.

You will of course need to suspend your disbelief.  But it is a page turner.  Have fun.
