Happy Bird-day - Audubon's Fulmar Petrel



This fellow may look like a gull but he isn't.  It is described as an oceanic glider.  You can see that its nose is quite different from a gull's.  It follows fishing boats as a source of food.  You find this guy in northern climes like Newfoundland and sometimes as far south as Long Island.
