Something Like Happy by Eva Woods

Something Like Happy is just the thing to read if you need a bit of a pick me up.  Eva Woods is an accomplished writer.  She also writes crime novels as Claire McGowan.

What can I tell you about the book without spoilers or putting you off?  One of the main characters, Polly, is a sheer delight.  The main protagonist Annie is not quite such an appealing character to start with but grows on you.

This book is witty, at times sad, irreverent, joyous and inspiring.  Does that sound naff enough for you?
