Turbo Twenty-Three by Janet Evanovich

Ok, I apologise for reviewing yet another Stephanie Plum novel.  If you haven't tried one yet, start with One For The Money.  They can all be read stand-alone but I think that reading them in sequence shows how some characters have developed (or not).

Turbo Twenty-Three is pure escapist fun.  It won't teach you anything.  It won't make you sad or scared.

I have seen some reviews that are negative – but for my money this book delivers every expectation.  It doesn't pretend to be anything that it is not.

I think Grandma Mazur is my favourite character after Stephanie herself – although she is in a close race with Lula.

  1. I lost steam somewhere back with Stephanie Plum books, though they all made me laugh. Glad you enjoyed it.
