I'm very glad to have read Three Sisters, Three Queens.
I have read and reviewed other historical novels by this author.(The Taming of the Queen) Here the subject of the book are 3 women who
were sisters/sister in law and what happened to them.
The three are Henry the Eight's older sister Margaret,
his younger sister Mary and his first wife Katherine of Aragon.
The tale is told through the voice of Margaret who
became Queen of Scots.
She is not a particularly sympathetic character but I
enjoyed learning more about her.
Recommended for everyone interested in the Tudors.
Despite the enormous amount of literature on the Tudors, I still enjoy reading about them. Always a new facet of life on them emerges.
