Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is not as good as the JK Rowling books – but it is good.  Once I got used to it being a screen play rather than a book I got quite engrossed in it.

The story has true hallmarks of being Rowling's but you need to visualise the action rather than rely on the words.

I haven't seen the stage show, of course – it will be years before it gets to New Zealand, if at all – but I did wonder how easy it would be to follow – there are lots of short scenes and in different places.  If anyone has seen it I'd be interested in what you thought.
