Food on Friday: Beef

ON

So where's the Beef?  It's almost 4 years since we did a collection of beef dishes.

To add your beefy dishes, just put the name of the dish together with your blog name/name into the first Mr Linky box you will find below.  Then paste the url for your post about it into the second box.

I'll be pinning the dishes to this Pinboard which also has the links from the earlier collection in 2012.

Hear hear to hearty beef

  1. Hi, Carole and all,

Ma’s recipe for Steamed Beef with Garlic ( # 14 ) is an easy way to serve very tender beef rump.
In Maltese the recipe is called Laham fuq il-fwar, if you think it will make it sound classier ;-)

  10. We've done a lot with beef over the years but our most interesting experience was making our own pastrami. I included my post of our step-by-step process for DIY pastrami at home.

  12. Carole,
I buy a quarter cow and end up with a lot of beef in the freezer, so it finds its way into many recipes.
Here's an assortment--and thanks for hosting!

  14. I had a look through my beef recipes and having decided I couldn't choose a handful from them, I cheated and put a link to the Recipe Index on Jenny Eatwell's Rhubarb & Ginger, where you can find 44 different beef recipes! lol
