The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg

I am so glad I read The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg.  I got onto this book courtesy of Captivated Reader.  She was so right that this book deserves 5 stars.

Not only is it compulsively readable, the subject matter is important.  The author is not a scientist but a reporter – and is able to communicate ideas about the way habits are formed and changed that are very significant.

I'm sure that many of you have habits you'd like to get rid of or change.  This book just might give you the break through you need.

  2. Your blog is entertaining every day but I especially like it when you write about books. It sounds like this book covers both good and bad habits. Something I always struggle with!
