ON
I'm afraid I'm not very adventurous at breakfast
time. Normally just coffee and
toast. But I know that the experts say
that breakfast is the most important meal of the day so I am looking for
inspiration.
To add your breakfast
dish, just put the name of the dish together with your blog name/name into the
first Mr Linky box you will find below.
Then paste the url for your post about it into the second box
.
I'll be pinning the links to this
Pinboard – this is a quick way for you to scan the dishes and choose
which ones you want to check out in more detail. The board also has the links from the 2013
collection – almost 200 of them!
Wishing you lots of lovely breakfasts
This week, I'm sharing my Eggs and Onions recipe. Pretty simple, but for me it's nostalgia-food of the first water.
ReplyDeleteHi Carole, happy St. Patty's day. I could eat breakfast any time of the day. Hope all is well with you & thanks for hosting.

ReplyDeleteMa’s Baked Cinnamon Bread Brunch ( # 12 ) is really easy and can be prepared the night before.
The post also has a recipe for an easy fruit topping (which is also good on waffles, pancakes, or leftover turkey or ham), as well as links for French Toast & Berry Compote and Frittatas. They are also nice breakfast recipes :-)

ReplyDeleteCarole, perfect timing! I just learned about, made, and posted an Irish breakfast bun/roll. It's been around since the 17th century, but I just found out about it. It's great for sandwiches or as a dinner roll, but it's most often seen at breakfast in Ireland, either as a buttered bun or as a breakfast sandwich.
ReplyDeleteHappy St. Paddy's Day, Carole! A leisurely breakfast is a rare treat. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteBreakfast is my favourite meal.

ReplyDeleteCarole, Thanks for the personal invite to your party! I really appreciate it. I accidentally linked up Bird's nest at #96. I guess you could eat them for breakfast, but not so nutritional. LOL. I linked up the correct post at #97. I just don't know how to remove the accidental one. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for hosting this great party!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Carole! I have linked my waffle post with you :)
