Food on Friday: Birthday Food

 ON

It's my birthday soon, so the theme for this Food on Friday is any kind of dish you think would be good to have on someone's birthday –  mine, yours or your family's.

To add your posts of Birthday Food, just put the name of the dish together with your blog name/name into the first Mr Linky box you will find below.  Then paste the url for your post about it into the second box.

I'll be pinning the dishes to this Pinboard which will make it easy for you to check out all the Birthday Food ideas at a glance.

Here's to the inevitable seeming passing of the years!

  1. Happy birthday, Carole! #7 is the cake I made for my daughter's birthday this year. I love pound cake because you can make it a few days ahead. And it also freezes like a dream. I wouldn't freeze it frosted, though.

I couldn’t pick one. The post for # 17 has an assortment of links for great recipes for ending a meal and for celebrating.

The post also has links for recipes for appetizers and vegetable and pasta courses, as well as links for cheesecake recipes.
Can one ever have too much cheesecake?
