After You by JoJo Moyes

Along with the rest of the world I really loved the first book, Me Before You.  And I have seen reviews of this sequel which have not been particularly gushing.  I decided to reserve judgement until I had read it.

So here goes – the book is a fabulous read – no it's not as unusual as the original book – but the main protagonist is still very entertaining and the topic of grief and how it affects different people differently is an important one.

It also made me think of how people who commit suicide can't have any idea of what they are doing to those they leave behind.

Read this one – you won't regret it.  Don't be put off by the subject matter – or by the somewhat boring cover.
