It's always time for a piece of cake!
To add your cakes, just put the name of the cake together
with your blog name/name into the first Mr
Linky box you will find below. Then
paste the url for your post about it into the second box.
I'll be pinning the cakes to this Pinboard
which will make it easy for you to check them out at a glance. The 283 links from the earlier collection (May 13) are
also on that board.
Now for some cake heaven!
This time it's Tres Leches Cake - a Latin American speciality. Try it!
ReplyDeleteHi, Carole and all!
ReplyDeleteThe post for Anna Sultana’s Spiced Banana Cake ( # 4 ) also has links for Banana Pound Cake With Caramel Glaze and Banana Oatmeal Crumb Cake - 3 cakes for 3 different menus.
In the post there’s also a link for Banana Bread, banana daiquiri and Sweetened Condensed Milk Cheesecake with fruit.
Hopefully these will be handy ways for you to use up bananas :-)
No bananas? The Allspice Cream Cheese Frosting is quite good!
Mandarin Orange Cake is SUPER easy and is loved by all. It's perfect for holiday potluck parties because it can be served right from the 9 X 13 pan in which it is baked. It's been a family favorite for 50 years!

ReplyDeleteWhat? No cake? What an oversight! Happy to rectify this - I've included Sri Lankan Spicy Cashew Love Cake.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a cake recipe! I guess I should work on that... Anyway, I shared a recipe for making sweet croutons for fruit salad out of leftover cake. I call them "fruitons."
ReplyDeleteGood Evening Carole, Oh how I love a slice of cake with my coffee. I have added a delcious Chocolate and Coconut Cake.... I think my favourite and a Pear and Ginger Upside Down Cake.
ReplyDeleteLooking at all the recipes, I feel you will not have to look at another recipe book.
Best Wishes

ReplyDeleteCarole,
ReplyDeleteI'm not a big cake baker, since I'm so focused on using the abundant farm share vegetables, but I've got a couple of fruit- or vegetable-filled cakes to link up today.
Thanks for hosting!
