ReplyDeleteHi Carole, I have entered a recipe for something called a rustic fruit tart which is much more like a cake and makes a great dessert. You can use virtually any fruit you like - I am trying raspberry, peach and blueberry this weekend because that's what I have in the house!

ReplyDeleteThe Peaches and Cream Dessert / Peach Melba Pie ( # 17 ) is a really easy recipe that uses up that leftover cup of heavy cream.
It also works with bananas that are getting a bit over ripe.
