ReplyDeleteLove strawberries! The lemon curd in the post ( # 21 ) can be used as a spread over shortbread, toast or English muffins, and as a filling for cakes and tarts.

ReplyDeleteMy strawberry patch harvest is winding down, but the raspberries are just getting started. (I tried growing blueberries--they are too finicky for me!) There is nothing like the taste of a fresh sun-warmed sweet ripe berry!
