Forest Cake
I don't think I could bring myself to eat Black Forest Cake now but oh, it was so
yummy when it was fashionable back in the day – the 1970's?
The combination of chocolate, cherries and cream was
just irresistible back then.
For those of you that fancy making this retro cake, here
is a link to a recipe I found for it – I can't vouch for it because I have
a terrible track record with cakes – and have only ever made about 5 in total –
mostly banana cakes at that.
