Food on Friday: Cucumber

Today Food on Friday is about that coolest of vegetables – the Cucumber.  It's not an accident that they say people are 'cool as cucumber'.
To add your dish which has cucumber in it, just put the name of the dish together with your blog name/name into the first Mr Linky box you will find below.  Then paste the url for your post about it into the second box.

    It's so hot here, it's hard to imagine I was shivering for warmth next to my radiator in this room a few months ago and now I'm hanging my head out the window all the time! Cucumber dishes sound perfect for the weather.
