So broccoli
is good for you, right? But honestly it
can get just a touch boring. So this Garlicky Crumbed Broccoli was yet
another attempt to make it interesting.
First I
cooked the broccoli cut into florets very lightly – for about 4 minutes and
then drained and dried it on kitchen towel.
I didn't blanch it in cold water but would do that next time to ensure
the broccoli retained more crunch.
Carole, this is wonderful. We like broccoli anyway, but the garlic, chilli, and breadcrumbs make this special. Thanks for sharing!
