Food on Friday: Stews and Casseroles

Hi everyone, I'm in a bit of a culinary rut with Stews & Casseroles so I'm looking forward to getting inspired by all of yours!

    Love this! Had so many great casserole and stews recipes. All vegetarian, healthy and delicious! I'm sure I'll find many more awesome recipes in this list :)

    I just happen to have a slow cooker of Beef & Ale stew on right now! Except I subsituted red wine for the ale. Ha ha works with any type of alcohol!

    I have tons of casseroles--my favorite meal to make--so it was hard to choose, but I put one of the newer ones up--a chili dog casserole even *I* will eat (since I typically HATE that kind of thing LOL)

    Thanks Carole for letting me pull out a good recipe. The Hunger games lamb stew (inspired from the movie). It's time to think stew again now that it's colder here (well I wish it was colder. It's still in 80's in Nashville). We can only dream of cooler Fall (you're going into Spring right?)
