do love a good Fish Cake myself so
thought it would be a good idea if we created a collection of fish cake recipes
– involving any sort of fish or seafood!
So
it would be great if you delved into your archives and added any fish cake
posts you have to the collection. Just
put your name and the name of the dish into the first Mr Linky box and paste
the url for your post into the second one.
I
will be pinning the links to this Pinboard,
so that you can see at a glance what has been linked in. This should make it easy to choose which ones
to go and check out in more detail.

I obviously exhausted myself last week with the 41 different recipes, so this week I've just got two - Smoked Haddock fish cakes and Peppered Mackerel fish cakes. Both of them are scrummy though! :D

Hi Carole and happy Friday. These were the fish cakes my mom made for years. They originally came from an old Cordon Bleu cookbook. Excuse the pics, they are from the first days of my blog ;)
