What a wonderful ingredient! I posted two recipes for bouillabaisse - a simple version and a more traditional version. Both feature scallops.
ReplyDeleteWe love sea scallops. Such a fabulous seafood. Thanks for the invitation.

I adore scallops, such a delicous seafood.
ReplyDeleteI must confess I have never made sea scallops! I might have had them once....not a real accessible ingredient here in Northern WI:) Lynn @ Turnips 2 Tangerines
ReplyDeleteI'm actually making a tropical scallop ceviche this weekend too!
ReplyDeleteLove Scallops. I grilled them with watermelon.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much Carole, for the invite and host all these awesome recipes.

I love scallops, but they are very expensive here, and hard to find fresh. I have never even seen them with the orange part left on. I tend to buy them frozen. I have linked up a great 30 Minute Meal that is centred about pan fried scallops, but also contains some great accompaniments!
ReplyDeleteHi Carole, this looks like another great "Food on Friday". I've shared a recipe that includes the smaller Bay scallops, which are great for adding to soups and stews.
ReplyDeleteHi Carole, thanks for the link opportunity, have submitted and Amuse-Bouche recipe.
ReplyDeleteCarole, thank's for the invitation. Scallops are an awesome ingredient, great for summer, and I'm looking forward to see what everyone is sharing.
ReplyDeleteI linked up my beef and seafood gumbo. Thanks, Carole!
ReplyDeleteLooove scallops! They can be tricky to cook, though! Leaving them over heat even just a minute too long will result in rubbery texture.
ReplyDeleteScallops are my fav! What a great theme, and I'm loving the recipes that are posted!!
ReplyDeleteI'm another one whose favorite seafood is scallops. YUMBO!
ReplyDeleteJust added a link to my Scallop Ceviche. Thanks! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the invite Carole! I gladly added my recipe! =D
ReplyDeleteScallops are one of my absolute favorites! Thanks for inviting me to share! I added my link for Scallops with Quinoa and Pomegranate Gastrique!
ReplyDeleteHi Carole, thanks for the invite! Hope the Scallop and Chorizo Risotto goes down well. I love scallops so will definitely be trying a few of these
ReplyDeleteThanks for inviting me to share my recipes....I am a new follower!
ReplyDeleteScallops are one of my favorite seafoods, especially when prepared in simple recipes that let their subtle flavor and buttery texture take the starring role. Thanks for inviting me to post my recipes. I'm sharing my Simple Seared Scallops Salad (which I made for Mother's Day), and Scallops & Bok Choy with Ginger-Scallion Sauce.
ReplyDeleteI added a link for Scallop Cakes, a little different way to serve them. And they were totally delicious.
ReplyDeleteDear Carole, I seem to have added the same post twice! Although the recipe is likely deserving of that kind of attention, I do apologize and hope you can delete one of them! All best and thanks so much for your invitation to post my Scallops with Chiles recipe! Monte Mathews
ReplyDeleteI added three totally fabulous recipes. They're probably our favorite decadent entree!
ReplyDeleteSO many great choices this week! I just bought a bag of scallops and can tell we're going to be treating ourselves on a regular basis!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog Carol. I just added my Garlic lemon Chicken Kabobs!
ReplyDeleteHi Carole,
