ReplyDeleteHiya Carole! I brought you three parsnip dishes, as I haven't ventured into pumpkins as of yet. Well, not if you don't count Butternut Squashes - are they a pumpkin of sorts? lol
ReplyDeleteI'm the opposite, I have pumpkin recipes and no parsnips, I'm looking forward to checking out some parsnip recipes!
DeleteThanks for hosting Carole.
I have had a wonderful parsnip harvest this spring & I've been creating so many recipes with parsnips - unfortunately many of the recipes haven't made it to my posts yet - but I found one to link up.
ReplyDeleteThanks again for hosting!

ReplyDeleteCompletely forgot all about my parsnip soup recipe - might have to make it again now! Thanks Carole.
ReplyDeleteI posted my Pumpkin Cake with Surprise Cream Cheese Swirl – it’s a very easy recipe with a cake mix starter, and (happily) it creates an impressive cake without a lot of fuss, perfect for holidays, parties, and family gatherings. Thanks again for hosting the link love, Carole!

ReplyDeleteCarole,
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for inviting me--and for fixing my links to include the recipe titles since I misunderstood what "your name" meant for the first two!
I've linked up 2 muffin recipes (though the overnight one is more of a concept recipe, in addition to the pumpkin shown I love it with banana, blueberry, apple, other winter squash, beet . . . oh my, it's just a great basic muffin method) as well as how I put up my pumpkin harvest each Fall for use throughout the winter.
Thanks for hosting!

Will check out your Pinterest board as well! Great idea!
