The Titanic is always a mistery and keeps us so excited to see anything pertaining to it. Did you know that some millionaire has built a replica in order to have the Titanic experience in acruise line...of course, not the sinking part, lol..!! Thank you for the sweet and kind comment, I so appreciate it. Have a great St. Pat's weekend. FABBY
The Titanic poster makes her look so regal and enigmatic. It would be wonderful to sail from Queenstown (Cobh) here in Ireland to New York. I have so much nostalgia for steam trains and Atlantic liners like the Titanic and the Lusitania who was torpedoed off the Old Head of Kinsale here in West Cork. Great post Carole!
My grandfather's cousin was on the Titanic - and survived [she ended up in the USA married to a clergyman] If you ever get to Northern Ireland, do go to the AMAZING Titanic exhibition there!

Just love your vintage poster picks. I will have to pin this one. The story of the Titanic is so romantic and iconic.
ReplyDeleteHope you are having a lovely weekend.
