Food on Friday: Go for Garlic


ON

Food on Friday is about that most excellent of bulbs – Garlic!

Garlic goes well with:

Basil
Bread
Butter
Eggs
Fennel
Fish
Goat's cheese
Lamb
Lemon
Olive oil
Parsley
Pine nuts
Pork
Potatoes
Poultry
Rosemary
Saffron
Shellfish
Snails
Sorrel
Spinach
Veal

    So hard to choose! I did a search and I had over 100 recipes that had garlic. I chose Roasted Red Pepper Pesto and garlic grilled chicken sandwiches.

    It's great to see food on Friday growing so much! I can't wait to check out some of these recipes especially the entrees.
    I think i may have screwed up my naming. I meant it to be C Kitchenette - Spicy Baked Chicken Bites & Honey Garlic Sauce.
