What do these Girl Guide biscuits have to do with the coming Food on Friday?

Well these biscuits (you might call them cookies) have been sold by Guides for ever – including me in the dim dark distant past.  I used to like them in pairs with butter in the middle – dreadful!  Couldn't imagine it now!

The coming Food on Friday is all about foods you liked or had as a child – your Childhood Favourites

  3. Oh Girl Scout cookies! I used to live in the USA, and my daughter was a good girl scout who sold her share, and this brings back such fond memories - we don't really have an equivalent in the UK.
